Emotion Focused Family Therapy

Service Description

Emotional Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) caregiver workshop is an exciting new intervention in which caregivers are the primary healing connection for their loved ones. It is not easy intersecting stress, anger, silence, and intergenerational trauma. EFFT is geared towards strengthening trust, safety, and attachment through connection. It will take practice, self-awareness, and many mistakes to navigate the parent/child relationship. The dates available for this in-person 2-day workshop are as follows this year: Feb 25-26th; May 20-21; and June 2-3rd. The cost of this program is $10999 for 15 participants plus billable accommodations, travel, and catering for both days which will be invoiced and payable upon booking.
